
HOW THE FUNDRAISER WORKS
The PD STARS Society Trash Bag Fundraiser is back for 2026—and it’s an easy, practical way for families to earn money toward dance expenses. From January 31 through February 17, dancers sell high-quality trash bags in four convenient sizes, with $6.50 earned per roll sold credited directly to their studio portal. Trash bags are something everyone needs, making this a low-pressure, high-success fundraiser. Sell a few rolls, raise money for your dancer, and turn everyday trash into real dollars!

PRICING
Each roll sells for $14, regardless of size or color.
COLLECT PAYMENT
Payment is collected at the time of order, in whatever manner the sell sees fit - cash, personal check or Venmo.
SUBMIT ORDERS
Turn in your completed order form with full payment, in a single method, by the deadline, 2/17
PROCESSING
The Booster Club places the bulk order, pays the vendor, receives and sorts all bags, readying them for pick up.
CREDITS APPLIED
The Booster Club and P&D apply a credit of $6.50 per roll sold to the portal.

What are the trash bag options?
Each roll is color-coded for easy ordering and sold for the same price!
Yellow – 39 gallon | 25 bags per roll
White – 15 gallon | 65 bags per roll
Blue – 55 gallon | 16 bags per roll
Pink – 39 gallon | 25 bags per roll
How much do we earn per roll?
Each roll sold earns $6.50, credited directly to your dancer’s studio account.
How much do the trash bags cost?
The Booster Club cost is $8.50 per roll and we sell the trash bags for $14 per roll.
How do customers pay me?
The seller is repsonsible for collecting payments at the time of purchase and submitting a single form payment back to the booster club.
You are free to accept payment in whatever form you wish, but we highly recommend cash or Venmo, and limit your exposure on personal checks as you see fit.
If you receive a business check made out to P&D STARS Society, we can accept that in addition to the remainder of your payment in another format.

How do I turn in my order form?
Your order form and payment to the booster club is due by 9pm on Tuesday, 2/17. Order forms and payments can be placed in the Booster Basket on the front desk at the studio.
To help us speed up the processing of these orders, we ask that you combine your payments and submit in only one form to the booster club - cash, check or Venmo.
If you receive a business check made out to P&D STARS Society, we can accept that in addition to the remainder of your payment in another format.
We are unable to accept personal checks from anyone other than the selling dance family.

Cash - Should be given in a sealed envelope to the front desk on Tuesday, 2/17, however we would like to reduce cash handling and the associated risks if possible.
When is payment due?
Payments are due no later than Tuesday, February 17th, by 9pm. Please do not submit orders without payment as they will not be processed.
Who places the order and distributes the bags?
The PD STARS Society Booster Club handles ordering, payment to the vendor, receiving, sorting, and distribution of all trash bags.
When will we receive the trash bags?
We are targeting delivery the week of 2/22, pending weather. Distribution details will be shared after the order window closes and the shipment arrives.
What if I sell to a business or office?
That’s encouraged! Just be sure checks are made payable to PD STARS Society and included with your order form.
When will my portal be credited?
We are aiming for all portal credits to hit by the end of February 2026.
